Happy New Year: More than a Hundred Years Ago

more than 100 years ago

This image set in cooler climes reminds me of our friends who are lucky to enjoy a white Christmas. Here in Australia, while lots of people still enjoy a traditional Christmas lunch, others set of for the beach or enjoy a picnic with family and friends. It seems now our traditional Christmas lunch is seafood and a myriad of salads. It can be hard to let go of traditions. I have never experienced a white Christmas but it is on my to do list. I wish everyone all the best for the New Year. Thanks for following my blog which I create from my heart to yours,

Cheers Elise
